I want to share a very positive experience for these guys at Jackson Square. Same day screen repair on one iPhone, a battery replacement on another and the third phone was declared dead motherboard, but they really went the extra mile to try two different batteries (because I thought that was the problem), then they even tried a different power adapter. Rare to see such great service. I will be using them again for sure!
I am more than satisfied with the service I received at Direct Cell. As it turned out my phone did not have a standard problem. They worked on my phone until the problem was diagnosed, finally, and they repaired it. When it still didn’t work they rediagnosed the problem and fixed the issue without question. All of this for the original fee of just changing the charging port. They were very professional, and also did not try and upsell me on things that I didn’t need, for example a new battery.
I definitely recommend using direct cell, and I will use them again for any issues I have going forward. In my opinion, they definitely deserve a five-star rating.

at no charge! Two days ago it stopped charging, thought it was needing a new battery, we went there had a new one installed in 20 min for $60. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the battery, we went back yesterday thinking it was the charging port. After trying 2 different ones, it was not that, again no charge for the help given! These people are amazing, I will never go anywhere else for my cell phones, tablets and computer purchases or repairs!
These guys are great! I dropped my iPhone and cracked the display. I went in the next day and spoke with Veejay. He said it would be fixed in a couple of hours and at a very reasonable price. They had it done quickly and good quality work. 3 month warranty on their work.

Fantastic service!!! Had an issue with my cell phone and he informed me of the price and it was fixed immediately with the quoted price amount, was very detailed what my issue was. I would definitely go back again, plus he also sells phones and accessories. Very easy to get to his location – off 406 highway and you are there, plus it is curb entrance door so I was not entering into a mall. Have already informed my friends, Thank you for the Excellent Service !
